Department System Access Administrators (SAAs) are responsible for assigning access to financial applications and reports through the Enterprise Access Control System (EACS) in R’Space, a function BFS cannot perform. Before granting access, SAAs must ensure staff have completed the required role-specific finance training. SAAs must also complete the Enterprise Accountability Online and SAA Training for Financial Systems in the UC Learning Center.

Important: All access is managed in EACS, and financial applications must be accessed via R'Space. Click the icon below for details on each application's purpose, role assignments, and more. If a financial application or reporting tool is not listed, Business and Financial Services does not inform the functionality/data for BFS-related activities.
