UCR Amazon Business Account Update – October 31
Dear Procurement Cardholders,
On Saturday, October 31, 2026, UC Riverside will transition from the centralized University of California Amazon Business account to a dedicated UCR Amazon Business account.
What to Expect
- Temporary Purchasing Interruption: Amazon Business purchasing will be temporarily unavailable on Saturday, October 31, while the migration is underway. Purchasing is expected to resume by the end of the day. If you experience issues accessing or placing orders through Amazon Business on Monday, November 2, please contact pcard@ucr.edu.
- Existing Orders: Orders already placed will continue to be fulfilled as normal.
Optional: Save Your Order History
Your existing Amazon Business order history is expected to transfer to the new account. However, as an added precaution, you may wish to download a copy of your order history before October 31 for your records.
To download your order history:
- Log in to Amazon Business.
- Follow the instructions in the How to Generate a Business Analytics Report guide (also attached) to generate and download your report.
