June 2026 Period 13 Final Close and Reports

Dear Colleagues,

The June 2026 Period 13 fiscal year end ledgers are now officially closed. The related Financial Transaction Detail Reports (FTDR) for 2026-06_Period 13 Final have been published and are available in RSpace under the Tools section “Financial Web Reports”.

Some notes and reminders about the June 2026 Period 13 ledgers:

• Although LRSS emails may list otherwise, LRSS reconciliations are due 9/10/2026 with certifications due by 9/17/2026.
• Please focus only on the actuals when reconciling the FTD reports.  As a reminder, Oracle Budget and Oracle Financials do not align well at closing. Oracle Budget cannot send 13 months of budget and so Period 13 budget adjustments are merged into June (Period 12) budgets.  PPM budget may be reconciled with Looker for C&G COAs.

As issues are identified, please consult the Known Issues webpage, and report any new concerns by submitting a ticket using the BFS support site
