Upcoming Planned Maintenance: Financial Systems | August 21–23

Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised of two upcoming planned maintenance events affecting Financial Systems. These are separate maintenance activities occurring on different dates and impacting different applications.

Oracle Financials Quarterly Update | August 21–22

Oracle Financials will be unavailable from Friday, August 21, 2026 at 10:00 PM PT until Saturday, August 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM PT. The disruption is required to implement the Oracle Quarterly Release, which requires a temporary interruption of service. 

Other systems impacted by this maintenance include: Concur Travel & Expense, ePay, COA Golden Tree Viewer, and COA Validation Services in various related systems where COAs are required for transactions.

Shared Database Maintenance | Sunday, August 23

UCR ITS will perform planned maintenance on shared production databases on Sunday, August 23, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM PT.

This maintenance will impact legacy applications that rely on the COA and NetID validation, including ePay, EACS, SCT, and other related applications.

Neither Oracle Financials nor Concur is expected to be impacted by the Sunday, August 23 maintenance.
