July 2026 Monthly Close and Reports
Dear Colleagues,
The July 2026 month end ledgers are now officially closed. The related Financial Transaction Detail Reports (FTDR) for 2026-07 have been published and are available in RSpace under the Tools section “Financial Web Reports”. Please take action in time for August ledgers on any discrepancies found in July ledgers.
Some notes and reminders:
- LRSS reconciliations are due 9/24/2026 with certifications due by 10/1/2026
- Carryforward balances are not final since June 2026 period 13 ledgers are not closed
As issues are identified, please consult the Known Issues webpage, and report any new concerns by submitting a ticket using the BFS support site
