Weekly Payroll Certification Metrics – 8/3/2026

Dear Colleagues,

Please find attached this week’s Payroll Certification metrics, based on data pulled as of Friday 7/31/2026.

Current Certification Progress
Payroll Certifications

• Phase I (7/1/23–6/30/24): 97% complete
• Phase II (7/1/24–6/30/25): 95% complete
• Phase III (7/1/25–12/31/25): 86% complete

Reminders
❗All Payroll Certification phases are now past due. Please complete all outstanding Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III reviews and certifications as soon as possible.

• The Phase III Coordinator review deadline was May 15, 2026.
• The Phase III PI certification deadline was June 1, 2026.
• Contact EMF to reassign certifications for separated or retired PIs.
