CCRRS Update: New Over/Short Cash Account Selection
To improve the accuracy of over/short cash reporting, CCRRS has been updated to support three separate Over/Short Cash revenue accounts based on the fund being used.
What's changing?
Previously, CCRRS automatically populated the over/short entry with 470900 – Rev S&S Over and Short Cash account.
With this update, the system will no longer automatically populate the account information when an amount is added to the over/short line on the overview page. Instead, when entering an over/short amount, you will be prompted to select the appropriate account from a drop-down list (see image below).
