Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Data in the Looker Finance Explore
Dear Colleagues,
Project Portfolio Management (PPM) data has been added to the Finance Explore, expanding reporting capabilities by bringing project management details and project-level financial measures together with existing GL and Oracle Budget data—all within a single Explore.
This enhancement adds 21 new dimensions under Details – Project Management and 2 new measures under Metrics. Existing COA and Dimensions – Dates fields also apply across GL, Oracle Budget, and PPM data, providing a consistent reporting experience across Finance data.
This enhancement is additive only. Existing fields, Looks, dashboards, and reports will continue to work as they do today. The new PPM fields are available for use in new or existing reports as needed.
