June 2026 Period 12 Preliminary Final Close and Reports
Dear Colleagues,
The “2026-06_Period 12 Prelim Final” ledger was officially closed on July 15, 2026. The related Financial Transaction Detail Reports (FTDR) and Prime PI Summary reports for 2026-06_Period 12 Prelim Final have been published and are available in RSpace under the Tools section “Financial Web Reports”. Please take action in time for July ledgers on any discrepancies found in June ledgers.
Some notes and reminders:
- Accounting and the Central Budget Office are still working in period 13 to close FY2026. This means that FY2026 is not finally closed.
- LRSS reconciliations are due 8/7/2026 with certifications due by 8/21/2026
- The budget that appears in the Financial Transaction Detail (FTD) Report may not be accurately reflected. For accurate budget data please see Oracle Budget, Looker, and Oracle Financials Budget Control. We hope to have the budget corrected on the FTD report for the FY2026 period 13 Final ledgers.
