Oracle Redwood My Receipts Launches July 6 – Department Receiver Training

By Asirra Suguitan, Associate Vice Chancellor and Campus Controller |

Dear Colleagues,

Please share with your teams as appropriate.

Beginning Monday, July 6, UC Riverside will transition to the Oracle Redwood My Receipts module. The updated module introduces Oracle's Redwood design, providing a modern interface for completing receiving activities in Oracle Financials.

When you sign in on July 6, the Oracle Redwood My Receipts module will appear as My Receipts (New). The existing My Receipts tile will remain available temporarily during the transition period before it is retired. Department Receivers should attend one of the training sessions below before using the new module.

Upcoming Training

To help Department Receivers prepare for the transition, two live Zoom training sessions have been scheduled. The sessions are identical, so attendees only need to participate in one.

What You'll Learn

During the training, participants will:

  • Navigate the new Oracle Redwood My Receipts interface.
  • Complete common receiving tasks using the new experience.
  • Understand key differences from the classic interface.
  • Ask questions and prepare for the transition.

A new training guide, Creating, Finding, and Managing Receipts (Redwood), will be posted soon on the Training Resources page. The guide provides step-by-step instructions for creating, finding, updating, and managing receipts in Oracle Financials for department-authorized receivers.

Thank you for your support as we transition to Oracle Redwood My Receipts.

Sincerely,
