Upcoming Planned Maintenance: Oracle Financials 6/27

Please be advised that Oracle Financials will be unavailable on Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. PST. This maintenance window is required to apply Oracle updates and enhancements and will temporarily interrupt service.

As part of this release, the Oracle Financials Single Sign-On (SSO) login page will receive a visual refresh.

What to expect following the update:

• Users will continue to access Oracle Financials by selecting "Sign in with UCR SSO."
• No changes are being made to authentication, roles, or permissions.
• Training materials and related documentation will be updated to reflect the new login experience.
• Please refer to the image below for an example of the updated sign-in page.

Other systems impacted by this maintenance include: Concur Travel & Expense, ePay, COA Golden Tree Viewer, and COA Validation Services in various related systems where COAs are required for transactions.
