SCT Tool & One-Time Payment (OTP) Tool Enhancements

Business & Financial Services (BFS) is pleased to announce enhancements to the SCT Change Request Tool and One-Time Payment (OTP) Tool designed to improve functionality, usability, data accuracy, and overall processing efficiency. The OTP Tool enhancements are now available, and the SCT Change Request Tool enhancements will go live on June 18, 2026.
- Enhanced validation to ensure Chart of Accounts combinations are valid and up to date
- Improved controls to reduce errors related to expired or invalid funding sources
- Streamlined input and validation steps for a smoother user experience
The following enhancements have been implemented to improve the user experience and system performance:
- Standardized User Experience – A consistent Clear Search button is now available across all tabs, providing a more streamlined and intuitive experience.
- Date Range Filtering – Users can now more easily locate requests using enhanced date filtering capabilities:
- Default view displays requests from the last 60 days
- Users may adjust the date range to view older requests
- Maximum date range is one year
- Usability Improvements – A new Reset button allows users to quickly clear text and date filters.
- Performance Enhancements – Faster SCT home page and tab load times, along with improved search result loading performance.
These enhancements are part of our ongoing commitment to improving the tools and services that support campus operations. We encourage you to take advantage of the new and improved functionality.
