Weekly Payroll Certification Metrics

Dear CFAOs and Payroll Certification Coordinators,

Please find attached this week’s Payroll Certification metrics.

Beginning next week, metrics will be distributed every Monday to provide regular visibility into progress across Phases I, II, and III.

Your continued attention is needed to ensure all outstanding certifications are completed by the June 1 deadline.

As a reminder:

• Phase I and II certifications are past due and should be addressed immediately
• Phase III: Coordinators review due May 15, 2026; PI certification due June 1, 2026
• Certifications for separated or retired PIs should be reassigned by contacting emf@ucr.edu

Regular review of these weekly metrics will support timely completion and compliance.
