Procurement Services has worked with AT&T to optimize the UCR account, reducing the monthly service fee for all active and new smartphone, tablet, and aircard/MiFi lines to $30/month (down from a campus average of approximately $45/month) to ensure highly competitive pricing.

Important Eligibility & Processing Requirements

• The promotion applies only to UCR AT&T business accounts.
• Department FAOs/FOMs must approve and accept financial responsibility.
• This promotion is not available for personal AT&T accounts.
• AT&T will work with android users on the instrument options for the promotion.

• All requests must be processed in accordance with established purchasing and authorization procedures, and the department must assign a Billing Account contact to pay by PCard.

Limited-Time UCR-Exclusive iPhone 17 Promotion (Ends 3/31)

All current AT&T smartphone lines are eligible to upgrade to the iPhone 17 256GB for $0.99 plus tax by March 31, 2026.

Existing AT&T lines also receive an additional $100 credit applied over 36 months, lowering the effective monthly smartphone cost to approximately $27.21/month + taxes/fees for 36 months. After 36 months, pricing adjusts to $30/month + taxes/fees.

Giveback Wireless (Buyback Program) is an AT&T-certified third-party partner that manages device trade-ins.

How it works:

1. Buyback value estimated (see current pricing)
2. Prepaid shipping labels and boxes provided
3. Old device is wiped per sanitization protocols
4. Devices are shipped in and inspected
5. Itemized purchase order emailed with condition and value
6. Customer approval
7. Payment issued by check or credited to AT&T billing account within 10 business days
