Notice: Punchout PO Communication Delay

Dear Colleagues,
 

We are writing to inform departments of an issue that affected the transmission of certain punchout purchase orders earlier this month. Purchase orders created between December 9–12 were not successfully communicated to suppliers due to a system configuration issue. The issue has been resolved, and new punchout purchase orders are now transmitting normally.

To address the impacted orders, the procurement services team is re-sending the affected purchase orders directly to suppliers via email. The buyer or initiator will be copied for visibility. No action is required from departments at this time.

Thank you for your patience during this brief delay in order fulfillment as we ensure all impacted orders are properly communicated.
