New Request Process for Fixed Price Award Balance Transfers

Business & Financial Services (BFS) has introduced a new process for requesting Fixed Price Award Balance transfers.
Key highlights of the new process:

Guidance and key criteria are available on the Fixed Price Award Balances webpage.

A request form is now available and can be accessed from the webpage or via BFS > Resources > Forms & Resources > Extramural Funds Forms.

The form requires signatures from the Financial Operations Manager (FOM) or Financial Administrative Officer (FAO), as well as the Principal Investigator (PI).

Completed documentation must be submitted via the Finance and Administration Support portal.
