New Request Process for Fixed Price Award Balance Transfers

Business & Financial Services (BFS) has introduced a new process for requesting Fixed Price Award Balance transfers.

Key highlights of the new process:

  • Guidance and key criteria are available on the Fixed Price Award Balances webpage.

  • A request form is now available and can be accessed from the webpage or via BFS > Resources > Forms & Resources > Extramural Funds Forms. 

  • The form requires signatures from the Financial Operations Manager (FOM) or Financial Administrative Officer (FAO), as well as the Principal Investigator (PI).

  • Completed documentation must be submitted via the Finance and Administration Support portal.
