1. SOM Server Room Electrical Work – TechAlert

• Date/Time: Wednesday, August 13, 2025, from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM
• Impact: Most applications, including Single Sign-On (SSO), will be unavailable during this window due to planned electrical maintenance in the School of Medicine Server Room.

2. Oracle Financials Quarterly Release – TechAlert

• Date/Time: Friday, August 15, 2025, 10:00 PM – Saturday, August 16, 2025, 10:00 AM
• Impact: Oracle Financials will be unavailable during this period for the supplier’s quarterly update.
• Other Systems Affected: Concur Travel & Expense, ePay, COA Golden Tree Viewer, and COA Validation Services in related systems where COAs are required for transactions.
