Please see the correct LRSS due dates below.

May 2025 month end ledger is now officially closed.  The related Financial Transaction Detail (FTD) and Prime PI Summary reports for 2025-05 have been published and are available in R’Space under the Tools section “Financial Web Reports”.

Some notes and reminders:

• Please pay close attention to fiscal closing dates. See fiscal closing dates and resources for detailed information.
• The Budget Office has advised that the budgets for non-project COAs may not be reflected accurately on the May 2025 Financial Transaction Detail (FTD) Reports, in Oracle Cloud Financials (OCF) Control Budget, and in Looker Finance. The issue is being actively worked on. Contract and Grant Project Budgets are not impacted and should be accurately reflected on May FTD Reports, in Looker - Finance, and in Oracle PPM.
• LRSS reconciliations are due 7/1/2025 with certifications due by 7/6/2025. 

As issues are identified, please consult the Known Issues webpage, and report any new concerns by submitting a ticket using the BFS support site.
