As we approach the close of the fiscal year (June 30), the FY2025 Fiscal Closing Dates & Resources webpage, is now live and available online for the first time. This electronic resource replaces the traditional Fiscal Close Letter and serves as a central hub to support departments in completing a timely and accurate year-end close.

This resource includes:

• Key deadlines and department action items
• Fiscal close reference materials
• A list of contacts for fiscal close inquiries

We encourage departments to review the webpage carefully and complete all required actions by the published deadlines. While every effort will be made to avoid changes, please check the “Schedule & Deadlines” section(s) regularly for updates.
