Card Aging Report Update

Dear Colleagues,

Business & Financial Services recently identified that the Card Aging report was missing some card transactions due to incomplete records in the “Assigned Details” sheet. As a result, the report has been updated, and a new version is now available in iReport as of Friday, 3/14/2025.

Key Updates:

"Type of Report" (Column F) has been broadened to include all report types.
"Payment Type" (Column L) is now limited to PCard, Prepaid-Ghost Card (charges processed through Anthony Travel), and T&E Card transactions only.

For those needing to review the aging of other expenses, please refer to the Concur Expense Allocation Details. All departmental Concur reports are available in iReport under General Operating > Concur Departmental Reports.
