Planned Power Outage 9/23 – Impact on Financial Applications

Dear Colleagues,

Please share with your respective staff.  The SOM (School of Medicine) building will undergo a planned power outage on Monday, September 23, from 7:00 PM until 1:00 AM the following morning for a generator test. Due to this outage, ITS will shut down the data center in the SOM building, impacting EACS and UCR boundary systems relying on EACS for permissions.

Affected Financial Applications Include (but may not be limited to):

  • Non-Salary Cost Transfer (NCT)
  • GLI Tool
  • One-Time Payment Tool
  • Position Funding Change Request Tool
  • ePay
  • VCUA
  • Copier Billing
  • Journal Import
  • CCRRS
  • UCRFS / PeopleSoft

Once power is restored, ITS will verify that all systems and processes function properly. Please plan accordingly for this service disruption.
