The updates to Oracle Financials - Procurement notifications have been successfully implemented. Internal notifications, such as requisition approvals, FYI notifications, and PO delivery, are now sent from noreply@financials.ucr.edu. Supplier registration emails have also transitioned to this address.

All prospective suppliers will receive registration requests from noreply@financials.ucr.edu with the subject "FYI: Supplier Contact User Account for UCR Enterprise was Created." Supplier registration guides and videos have been updated accordingly to reflect these changes.

Subject: Upcoming Changes to Email Notifications from Oracle Procurement

Dear Colleagues,

A new UCR domain will be implemented in the coming days, impacting all email notifications from Oracle Financials - Procurement. This change is necessary to improve email deliverability and address issues experienced by some campus users.

What to Expect:

1. New Email Address: All requisition approvals, FYI notifications, and PO delivery notifications will now be sent from "noreply@financials.ucr.edu."
   Examples:

• Requisition Approval: You will receive an email notification like "Requisition UCRR00051306 Approved" from noreply@financials.ucr.edu.
• FYI Notification: An FYI notification, such as "FYI Document (Purchase Order) UCRP00034450 Implemented," will also come from noreply@financials.ucr.edu.

2. Resolution of Email Issues: The new domain should resolve a known issue affecting a subset of campus departments utilizing Gmail and other previously undeliverable email addresses.

Please update your email filters and notify your teams of this change to ensure continued smooth operation. If you have any questions or need further assistance, contact the team at ucrsupport.service-now.com/finadmin_portal.
