The Main Cashier’s Office (MCO) is returning to regular campus business hours on September 1, 2021. The front counter windows will be open from 9am-noon and 1pm-3pm, Monday through Friday, and reachable by phone/email from 7am-4pm. MCO is closed for lunch daily from noon-1pm.
CHECK PAYMENTS (Cash is only accepted at Cashier windows)
MCO encourages departments to drop check payments into the Main Cashier’s Office drop box instead of coming to the office window/counter. Payments no longer need to be signed-in at the front counter window. Any deposits dropped by 3pm will be posted the same day. The drop box is located on the outside, south wall of the Student Services Building.
Be sure to include the CCR number on each check (if known) and any other information that may facilitate payment processing,
Besides drop off, properly endorsed check payments can also be mailed to us via intercampus mail. Address the envelope to Main Cashier’s Office, Student Services Building, Room 1111A
Please ensure faculty, staff and students in your department are aware of the MCO business hours as well as the preferred drop box option for checks. Please continue to email MCO email@example.com regarding the following: Cash/check handling guidance, checks received, petty cash fund questions, processing CCRs in CCRRS, credit card processing, equipment and merchant questions.
