Early Cut-off Biweekly Timesheets

By Bobbi McCracken (Associate Vice Chancellor for Business & Financial Services and Controller) |
Riverside, Ca –

Due to the deployment of UCPath at UC Davis (campus and medical center) and the UC Agriculture & Natural Resources (UCANR), the UCPath Center time reporting deadlines have been adjusted for the 8/25/2019 – 9/7/2019 biweekly time reporting period. Biweekly employees should project hours worked (or leave taken) from Thursday, 9/5/2019 to Saturday, 9/7/2019 (if applicable), and submit timesheets by 11:00 PM on Wednesday, 9/4/2019. Supervisors are asked to approve these timesheets by 11:00 PM on Thursday, 9/5/2019.  Subsequent changes to projected time will need to be coordinated with your unit’s Shared Services Center.

Although the TARS reminder emails contain these revised deadlines, please ensure all biweekly employees in your unit and their supervisors are aware of these adjusted timelines to allow for prompt processing of payroll transactions.

Time clock Users:

Time clock users are not able to project hours worked. Employees can continue to clock in/out up until the end of this pay period (9/7/2019). Supervisors will be required to approve these timesheets in TARS by 10:00 AM on Monday, 9/9/2019.

Questions about these timelines should be directed to timesheetfeedback@ucr.edu.  Thanks in advance for your assistance in meeting these early time reporting deadlines.
