Dear Colleagues,

Due to the holiday campus closure, the UCPath time reporting deadlines have been adjusted for the biweekly time reporting period 12/16/2018 – 12/29/2018. Biweekly employees should project hours worked (or leave taken) from Friday, 12/21/2018 to Saturday, 12/29/2018 (if applicable), and submit timesheets by 11:00PM on Thursday, 12/20/2018.Supervisors are asked to approve these timesheets by 11:00PM on Friday, 12/21/2018. As a reminder, please refer to the following link regarding the reporting to leave during the holiday closure: https://digest.ucr.edu/digest/attachment/980561-832884

Subsequent changes to projected information will need to be coordinated with your unit’s Shared Services Center. Although the TARS reminder emails contain these revised deadlines, please ensure all biweekly employees in your unit and their supervisors are aware of these adjusted timelines to allow for prompt processing of payroll transactions.

Time clock Users:

Time clock users are not allowed to project hours worked. Employees can continue to clock in/out up until the end of this pay period (12/29/2018). Supervisors will be required to approve these timesheets by 11:00 AM on Wednesday, 1/2/2019.

Questions about these timelines should be directed to timesheetfeedback@ucr.edu. Thanks in advance for your assistance in meeting these early time reporting deadlines.
