Thank you for your patience as we transition to the new version of SuperDOPE. The following announcement contains some important information for SuperDOPE users regarding bug resolution, communication tools, and user group meetings.

RSpace. SuperDOPE V2 will be migrated to RSpace the evening of 1/25/18. In the meantime, please access SuperDOPE from the following direct link: http://hrdwv2.ucr.edu/hrdwv2/datamart_query_sdope.html.

Query Results. An error in the code was identified that limited query results in the output data was not unique; this situation primarily impacted biweekly payroll details. The correction was placed in production the evening of 1/24/18.

Export to Excel. A bug was identified when exporting query results to Excel. The error only occurs when the Salary Account was part of the criteria. The fix was placed in production the evening of 1/24/18.

Vacation Leave Accrual (VLA). The VLA amount field is not summing rows in Summary Mode. The fix was implemented the evening of 1/24/18.

Number Fields. Currently, all number fields are formatted as Text on query output to Excel. This issue has created additional steps for users to allow calculations against these fields. The change from Text to Number format was implemented the evening of 1/24/18.

Yammer. A SuperDOPE Yammer group has been created on the Campus Yammer Network. Yammer provides users the ability to ask questions and share knowledge and tips with other group members. To become a member click on this link (Yammer Campus Network) and enter your campus email (e.g. UserNetID@ucr.edu) and follow the remaining steps. To add the SuperDOPE group to your profile, from the left side bar, click on Discover More Groups and select SuperDOPE.

SuperDOPE User Meetings. User group meetings have been scheduled to discuss the following topics:

• Differences between SuperDOPE Version 1 (Old) and Version 2 (New)
• Query Tool Overview, Navigation, and Query Settings
• Benefit Assessments Overview
• Earn Code Relationships
• Pending Enhancements
