Subject: December Ledgers Delayed
With the conversion to UCPath, there are many changes to processes and data elements that impact the general ledger. Therefore, the closing of the December ledgers has been delayed while finalizing the posting of the UCPath payroll journal entries and a new version of SuperDOPE that supports the UCPath data elements. The goal is to post the UCPath December payroll journals to UCRFS by the end of the week for 1) the monthly pay and 2) the biweekly pay for the period end date 12/30/17. In addition, the new version of SuperDOPE will be released at that time.
Please note the December PPS journal posted to UCRFS for the two biweekly payrolls processed in PPS for pay period end dates 12/2/17 and 12/16/17 along with any PPS related salary cost transfers. Supporting details for these transactions are available in the existing version of SuperDOPE.
