An error occurred related to the 8/14/14 SIS journal feed. Although fees were correctly assessed on 8/14/14, during the creation of the SIS journal feeds, a batch job failed due to a technical issue. It is important to make you aware of this situation as several revenue and balance sheet accounts did not reflect all related accounting transactions for 8/14/14. Please note the SIS student accounts were not impacted by this situation and correctly reflect the fee assessments and related payments.

Student Business Services and Computing & Communications have worked diligently on restoring the data sets to recreate the journal entries; however, the task proved to be more difficult and complicated than originally anticipated. Validation of the correcting journal entries was recently completed. The correcting journal (FDR0064632) posted on 10/24/14, the related SIS Reports are now available in iReport with cross references between the 8/14/14 and 10/24/14 reports, and the UCRFSTotals Advance query tab contains the updated transactional information.
