UC Systemwide Travel Program.

Coronavirus and Airline Cancellations/Waivers

The situation surrounding the coronavirus and travel is continuously changing. Airlines remain fluid in their policy regarding waivers or refunds for booked tickets, making upcoming travel complicated.

The Central Travel Office and Risk Services will host a one-hour Q&A to share options available to UC travelers, especially if the ticket was booked within UC contract at any one of UC’s preferred agencies.

Join us for this special webinar on Wednesday, March 18th at 2PM.

UC’s response and updates can be found online, plus follow us on Twitter for ongoing updates.

A full list of travel webinars, including “AB 1887 California Travel Prohibitions Using State Funds”, “California Real ID”, “Fly America Act”, “Booking Personal Travel” and many more, can be found online.
